Welcome to Tauffa Ignite. Since most of our products are personalized, custom-printed, and made-to-order, we maintain a strict Return & Refund Policy to protect both customers and our business from fraud, false claims, product misuse, replacement scams, and unauthorized refund requests.

IMPORTANT: A complete unboxing video is COMPULSORY for any damage, wrong product, missing item, or defective product claim. Claims without proper video proof will be automatically rejected.

1. Customized Product Policy

All customized products including printed mugs, t-shirts, caps, bottles, DTF prints, promotional items, and personalized products are specially manufactured as per customer requirements.

  • Customized products are generally NON-RETURNABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once printing or production has started.
  • Customers are responsible for checking spelling, design, uploaded artwork, colors, size, and product details before placing orders.
  • Minor color differences caused by screen settings, lighting, print process, or material texture shall not be considered defects.

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

To prevent false claims and fraud, customers MUST record a clear unboxing video while opening the parcel.

  • The video must start BEFORE opening the package.
  • The shipping label and package must be clearly visible.
  • The video must be continuous and unedited.
  • The entire opening process and product condition must be clearly recorded.
  • Edited, cut, paused, blurred, or suspicious videos will not be accepted.
  • Photos alone are NOT valid proof.

No refund, replacement, return, or damage claim shall be accepted without proper unboxing video proof.

3. Eligible Cases for Replacement or Refund

Replacement or refund may only be considered under the following verified situations:

  • Wrong product delivered by Tauffa Ignite
  • Product physically damaged during transit
  • Missing item inside the package
  • Manufacturing defect verified by our team

All claims are subject to internal verification and approval.

4. Non-Eligible Cases

Refunds, returns, or replacements shall NOT be provided in the following situations:

  • Customer changes mind after delivery
  • Incorrect size selected by customer
  • Incorrect artwork or spelling approved by customer
  • Color variation due to monitor/mobile display differences
  • Minor print placement variation
  • Normal wear and tear after usage
  • Product damage caused by customer misuse
  • Claims raised without proper evidence
  • Claims made after the allowed reporting period

5. False Claims & Fraud Protection

Tauffa Ignite actively monitors and investigates suspicious refund and replacement activities.

  • False damage claims
  • Fake missing item claims
  • Returning used or different products
  • Manipulated photos or edited videos
  • Chargeback fraud after successful delivery
  • Intentional misuse of refund policies

Tauffa Ignite reserves the full right to reject any suspicious claim and take necessary legal action against fraudulent activities.

6. Chargeback & Payment Dispute Policy

If a customer initiates a false payment dispute or fraudulent chargeback despite successful order delivery:

  • The customer account may be permanently blocked.
  • Future orders may be restricted.
  • Evidence including delivery proof, IP logs, chats, emails, and videos may be submitted to payment gateways and legal authorities.
  • Recovery proceedings may be initiated where applicable.

7. Return Shipping Rules

  • Customers must not return any product without approval from our support team.
  • Unauthorized returns may be refused.
  • Returned items must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Tauffa Ignite reserves the right to inspect returned items before approving replacement or refund.

8. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refund timelines may vary depending on banks and payment gateways.
  • Shipping charges are generally non-refundable.
  • Partial refunds may apply in certain approved situations.

9. Delivery & Courier Liability

Tauffa Ignite shall not be held responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier partner operational issues
  • Natural disasters or weather conditions
  • Public holidays or transport disruptions
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by customer
  • Customer unavailable during delivery attempts

10. Right to Refuse Service

Tauffa Ignite reserves the absolute right to:

  • Reject suspicious orders
  • Cancel high-risk transactions
  • Refuse abusive customers
  • Deny refunds for unverifiable claims
  • Restrict accounts involved in policy misuse
